Charging the Deeper Start Smart Castable Wi-Fi Fish Finder

Make sure your fish finder is fully charged. The Deeper Start charges in 2.5 hours and uses a USB cable that is compatible with any USB port. The battery lasts for 6 hours of continuous usage. Keep in mind that it isn’t necessary to use it continuously unless you’re having fun scanning.

Use the barrel swivel to securely attach the fishing line to your Start fish finder. Place it in the water and it will automatically switch on. Connect to your fish finder via your phone settings. Then, open the Deeper App (make sure it’s up-to-date) to start scanning the water. Important: Make sure you have turned off all Wi-Fi assistance on your smartphone (e.g., “Wi-Fi Assist” on iOS) or switch off Cellular Data altogether.
